In women's T20 cricket, the truly complete batter is a rare creature: someone who piles up volume, keeps her average high and still scores at a brisk clip. Across T20 internationals and the major leagues that make up the women's game — the WBBL and WPL among them — twelve names clear the demanding triple filter of 1,000-plus runs, an average of 26 or better and a strike rate above 110.

Beth Mooney sits at the summit of that group, and by some distance. Her 9449 runs from 275 innings dwarf the field, and she pairs that mountain of scoring with a 43.95 average and a 127.95 strike rate — the improbable combination of a marathon runner and a sprinter. Just behind her for reliability is Ellyse Perry, whose 7574 runs at 43.78 make her the only other batter in the study averaging above 43, though her 116.88 strike rate is built more on steadiness than fireworks.

For sheer tempo, Smriti Mandhana leads the way with a 129.39 strike rate across 6005 runs, edging Mooney and Sophie Devine (127.47 from 7448 runs) for the most explosive returns among the high-volume batters. Meg Lanning (6762 runs), Nat Sciver-Brunt (5742) and Laura Wolvaardt (5450) round out the heavy accumulators, all balancing averages in the low-to-mid 30s with strike rates comfortably north of 116.

The list also rewards emerging talent. Orla Prendergast (1476 runs at 30.75, strike rate 127.46) and Madeline Penna (1135 runs) have already forced their way into elite company, while Sarah Taylor's 1408 runs at 31.29 remain a benchmark. Together they define what consistency looks like in the shortest format.
